This was sold in March 2011 at the "Celebrating Nature Through Art" show at Kaneohe's Ho'omaluhia Botanical Gardens Gallery nestled at the base of the majestic Ko'olaus.
Previously my paintings have been shown in Hawaii at Punahou Schools' Carnival Art Show, at the Honolulu Country Club, at the Iolani School Carnival Art Show, at the Gallery on the Pali in Honolulu, at the Pu'ahi Towers in Honolulu, and in Kaneohe, Hawaii, at the Windward Wanderers' February show at Ho'omaluhia Botanical Gardens and for the past five years in March at Ho'omaluhia Botanical Gardens Gallery as a featured artist in the Celebrating Nature Through Art shows.
My painting, "Duck Lunch" was part of the juried 46th Member Exhibition of the Hawaii Watercolor Society at The Arts at Marks, 1159 Nu'uanu Avenue, Honolulu, in April 2008.
The Point Robinson Lighthouse coffee mug that I painted for the Vashon Chapter of the Children's Hospital Guild is available throughout Vashon Island again. This is the fourth and last in a series of mugs featuring Vashon Island artists and Vashon scenes. It was such a pleasure to learn of its successful sales. The proceeds go to assist families who are unable to pay for their child's treatment at the Hospital.

On the mainland my en plein aire and studio paintings have shown and won various awards at The Hardware Store Restaurant in downtown Vashon Island, Washington. The Vashon Community Cares center has shown my paintings and the Western Washington State Fair at Puyallup included "Quilters I" in its juried show www.thefair.com. In addition, the Vashon Island Country Club Restaurant has featured my paintings as well as MiKo's Guest House on Vashon Island www.MiKosGuestHouse.com.
